The room looks as if it was rented 3xs before we got into it and that they forgot to clean it. There were NO towels or TOILET PAPER in the room what so ever. I got the room for only $30 with my cash key rewards but still, they could’ve at least provided toilet paper and some towels. The check in lady who actually owns the hotel herself, she always seems to be so rude that it makes you not ever wanna even walk in or rent the room. So instead of myself going inside to check us in, I sent my male friend and he came out and told me how rude she was. I’m not sure if she is just rude to everyone or just rude to any other race but her own. Because I’ve been in the line to check in and I’ve witnessed her being really extra friendly and making jokes and laughing with the customer but when my turn came to walk up to the front desk, she’d walk away and not come back for like 5minutes and when she did she was just rude as ever. Idk but it’s a shame that a Hispanic such as myself can’t even get a smile

Rude staff. You ask for more towels and extra pillow and they throw a fit. Manager was the worst besides house keeping staff. Let’s call her black Betty for I don’t know or care to remember her name made the whole stay a nightmare.

There was no one at the front desk. I waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, then the room they placed me in room 222 the heat and air was not working. Went back to front desk and waited for over 20 minutes to get someone to come to desk. They changed my room but there were no towels in the room
