Please do not ask the resort for more toiletries, linen or anything else. They will not accommodate you.

~No cleaning chemicals are inside the unit, only dish soap.

~Check in time is at 4pm. Early arrival may be accommodated for an extra fee.

No late departures.
If you feel the need for a later check out time, you must contact me here on the VRBO platform at least 24 hours in advance for approval.
Late departure fee is 2X the nightly rate after 10:00 am.

Awesome Getaway!!
The place is a gem! We saw a show and then escaped to the serenity of the beach. Rented chairs and an umbrella right on the beach in front of the condo. With Heidi’s detailed directions, getting parked and inside the first day was a breeze. The condo was clean, nice and cool, and everything we could have wanted. Would absolutely stay again!!

Our stay was awesome! The host was amazing and very responsive. The only issue we had was the facility parking cop tried to write us a ticket before we could get in the room and get our pass to the car. If we had been 5 minutes later could’ve been a different story.

Disappointing
The property is old and is showing its age. Simple things like light bulbs being burnt out around the building, and not replaced. The windows are dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned. They do plenty of vacuuming but that's about it. Two floors of the parking garage are blocked off for construction (which we were advised wouldn’t interfere with our stay, but it did because of the noise right outside of our room) that make things really difficult when loading and unloading your luggage from the street and then you need to park across the street because the sign at the entrance states the lot is full making it impossible to park in the same building as you’re staying. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in.This was overall not the quality stay I was hoping for to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

Amazing little beachfront paradise!
Great location and view! We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise on the balcony. The condo had everything we would have needed and more! Heidi thought of everything. There was great communication throughout our trip and we had absolutely no complaints! We will definitely be back!

This Place is a Gem!!
This lil gem of a Condo is just as pictured but even better! It was super super clean and smelled wonderful!The bed was very comfortable! It was beautifully decorated and lots of extra touches! Heidi thought of everything you might need. And we wanted for nothing. Heidi was a superb host. Very informative and communicative. And she has put a lot of love into this Condo. We had a wonderful view of the ocean in the comfy chairs! We highly recommend staying here. It’s a perfect and romantic place for two! We would most definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo
This was a great condo for two. Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Balcony has comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy the view or read a book. Comfortable king bed with a view of the ocean. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is small but adequate. Host was easy to work with and provided all of the information needed for a pleasant stay. We’d highly recommend this condo for your visit to Myrtle Beach.

Our stay was absolutely great everything you need right at your finger tips. The host is a absolute pleasure. The place was clean, smelled good, nice colorful linens (not just plain white) plenty of towels. Good location no noise all thru the night. Overall we are very pleased with everything.

Home Away from Home! Excellent Choice!
This was the perfect place to stay! Oceanside! Great price! Cozy and the host provided EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you think you might need! Everything from communication, to check in and checkout was above and beyond! This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and it will NOT be our last! I would definitely stay here again! We loved it all from early morning walks on the beach, the sunrise (OMG, the best) and of course the sound of the ocean! I got in at least 22,000 steps each day! If you are wanting a place for 2 to stay and relax and feel like its your home away from - STAY HERE! Heidi the host is THE BEST!

Unit was as advertised - studio, but perfect for stay as we only slept in the unit. The host's attention to detail is commendable. Great balcony with beautiful ocean views. Building and neighborhood is quiet. We didn't use any of the resort facilities so cannot comment. Host was wonderful and very responsive with a very minor issue that was immediately resolved.

Hotel size room with complete small kitchen and excellent ocean view. Unlike most beach rentals all you need to bring is your food and clothing. Heidi has provided EVERYTHING else, even things you wouldn't think of, which made packing for our stay so much easier. The unit was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated and Heidi was easy to contact with any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this beautiful condo. It was clean, well stocked and quiet. The decorations were nice with a beachy theme. Heather was able to accommodate us with a special request. The parking was fairly easy. It was less crowded the higher you went. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a lovely honeymoon here. We watched the sunrise every morning from the oceanfront balcony. Close to great restaurants (highly recommend Flamingo Grill), shopping, and a Liquor store. We were sad to leave.

Condo was exactly as described. Good communication from owner with plenty of information ahead of check-in. Parking garage was very cramped but this was relayed to us prior to arrival. Great view and literally right on the beach!
