The condo we stayed in for 5 days/6 nights was very nice. Only issue we had was with the heating system. The fan would not come on and the first night was a little cold at 69 degrees, but maintinance fixed it first thing the next morning. Very nice resort and we would stay there again.

We love the front desk and several of the door men. House keeping does great to be short staffed. Maybe if all guests would clean up behind themselves just a little it might help.

I've stayed here before but never in this tower. The room had water marks on ceiling, nicks on all the furniture, and bathroom mirror chipping. Very disappointed and won't be staying here again. The gift shop was closed early either for off season or not sure, but nothing close for even a toothbrush.
