Our go-to lodging in Nashville! Clean, remodeled property, on-site parking, easy walk to sports or music venues downtown. Great omelet breakfast and hot buffet included. No bar on-site but brewery about 2 block away.

BEWARE: the beds are rock hard and the ac units are shoddy. Only two temps are freezing cold or hot and sticky. Canceled my second night and moved to a different hotel. Hotel staff was accommodating and attentive. Brought us extra blankets for the hard bed and offered partial refund

We were pleasantly surprised. The price was reasonable so we expected a nice hotel but it was amazing! Very clean and well decorated. Had messaging chairs for free which is great after you've been traveling. Had a game room so we unwound with a little fooseball. The bed was so comfortable and they had an amazing breakfast with an omelet. Staff was friendly and helpful. We walked to Broadway Street and it was a nice walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, the service, the breakfast, the location – everything about this hotel was exceptional, except one very important thing: the mattresses were hard as rocks after you lay on them for more than 15 minutes. As a result, despite everything else being so wonderful, it was very hard hard to get a good nights sleep. I woke up multiple times in the night with aches and pains, trying to get comfortable on a hard, compressed-foam mattress. I spent several hours the next morning, hobbling and aching, before that mattress finally wore off.

Beware the hidden $18.00 plus tax fee to park a car in the parking lot. Hotel is adequate, close enough to walk to downtown (25 min) breakfast was ok, but my next trip will be booked elsewhere without having to pay to park on hotel property. I hate trickery and false misleading price gouging.
