The hotel has upgraded itself in the past year or two. We really enjoyed our stay this year. The breakfast is very good, which is important, as New Concord has limited dining opportunities.

Very nice staff. They are under staffed for a fairly large hotel. Some “cheap fixes”, like the shower head in our room. We’ve stayed here for years and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, we especially loved the fresh cantaloupe and grapes. The room was large and very clean. This is a great value! We intend to stay there again when we travel this way.
