I especially liked the staff, including the doormen. The room was also large and comfortable. There seems to be a backlog of maintenance as, for example, our bathtub produced brown water on the second day, obliging us to change rooms. Carpets, etc. should be refreshed. It would also be nice to have a bar downstairs for coffee and drinks. Still, we were very happy with the hotel and would stay again.

Location is great. Staff were friendly especially the doormen. Rooms were clean and a very good size especially for NY. The only complaint I have is that I wasn’t told about the $10 daily allotment for snacks/drinks when I checked in. I extended my trip and the only reason I found out about this was because they told my friends who were also staying there. So basically I missed out on the snacks and beverages the first 4 days and the front desk staff didn’t seem to care

Great quiet location with all the amenities you need while enjoying NYC. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Shout-out to the cleaning staff for being available, fast and excellent. Most of all, secure and comfortable.
