Great stay!
We came for a leisurely trip. The checkin was super fast and easy. Everything was really good. Our neighbors were very loud, but that is not the hotels fault. The free breakfast was a huge plus.

Great stay at The Edison!
Great experience at this hotel. The rum bar and cafe attached to hotel are excellent for night time cocktails and breakfast. The hotel is very responsive to guest’s requests, and the lobby is bustling and spacious. Great location in Times Square. Rooms are clean but nothing fancy. A great hotel but not upscale.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for New Years celebrations and it was in a great location to Times Square, broadway shows, and several great restaurants. The only complaint I have is that the AC unit in our room was so loud that it would wake us up several times a night (I mean LOUD. I sleep through alarms and this thing woke me up multiple times per night) so we didn’t get great rest. It also would not regulate the temp in the room well, it was either blowing ice cold air or hot air, there wasn’t an in-between. I don’t know if it is like this in all rooms or we just got bad luck. To be fair we did not address it with hotel staff as they were completely booked up we knew they couldn’t move our room even if we asked. The grab and go breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast and the in hotel restaurant Bond 45 was great.

Everyone was great ;organized for new years celebrations. Front desk was nice and quick. Staff had a great process for getting folks in Times Square for ball drop. Their ballroom event was great too. It was worth every penny

The rooms are very dated with only beds. While there was room, there were no chairs, no extras. The heater was incredibly loud. You could not adjust the heat temperature below 75. We turned on the AC to 73 and then it was a constant AC, then loud heater turning on, AC, heater - nonstop all night long. It's convenient to Times Square but we will choose a different place on our next visit in the summer.
