We really liked the location and the staff was great. Only complaint was that you couldn't adjust the heat and it was way too hot in the room. We had to call the front office and they adjusted but it was still too hot. They suggested opening the windows, which did help. Other than that, place was excellent and definitely will be back.

This was a great hotel, very near Chinatown, Little Italy, and Lower Manhattan, with lots of subway lines 5-10 minutes walking distance. Some people say the rooms are small--it's New York City!! All the hotel rooms are small unless you shell out for a suite at a chain hotel in Midtown! It was pretty cold when I was there, and I was grateful for the warm and cosy room with a very comfortable bed. And it was great to be in Chinatown on Christmas Day, when lots of places elsewhere in the city are closed. Highly recommend this place, especially for all the delicious food very close by.

TV and coffee issues
It was fine, except the coffee machine worked haltingly (I had trouble getting ut to work at all, finally did. The TV system is elaborate and high quality-- but totally usable. I dobt carry my dign in credentials for TV streaming services, so I could not watch anything decent at all. This should be in the listing, so one knows to bring them!! TV and coffee are essential!!
