First of all, we only stayed one night and were charged $300 incidentals. We travel a lot and have visited many hotels, and this rate is unheard of! Second, we were told that there would be complimentary coffee and water - none of which was true. Apparently the coffeemaker was 'broken'. Instead of offering us coffee in their breakfast restaurant, we were just shrugged off. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

Staff is above and beyond there

The staff was above and beyond accommodating, professional, polite. Especially one staff member by name Mildred I believe. She was so good at her job - I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! And the rooms are very spacious and everything is brand new.

Big issue

The only but a big issue is that they have heat only and even in automatic temperature keep going up untill at 82⁰F I called front desk and they sent maintenance. The maintenance explained that they have only hearing and he turned off heting completely and opened windows. I closed windows for the night because the temperature went down to 70 but had to turn the heating back on in the middle of the night when the temperature went down to 62⁰F. After I woke up the temp was already back to 76⁰F. For the price of the high floor suite this is not acceptable. Hotels.com marked this room as a hot tub but it was a soaking tub.

As a disabled person, there is ZERO attention to anything that would be considered accessible friendly. From the front doors to no ramps or ways to get to the restaurant without stairs, disappointed to say the least. Do better
