I found that the only drawback was that the hotel was somewhat neglected and not very clean. Housekeeping service was not provided during the three days and two nights we stayed, and they did not seem attentive to these details. The lack of parking is another important issue.

Hotel was in a good location, basic but met our needs. I cant give it a good review however as an apple airpod went missing from our bedroom, presumably during cleaning, it was not recovered. Although some staff attempted to help us resolve the issue , Crystal, a member of staff at the front desk spoke to us in a demeaning and condesending way - really taking the shine off our hotel experience. Her poor attitude was entirely unwarranted and had the situation been handled differently it would have made all the difference..

I was very skeptical about this hotel based on the negative reviews, however we had a good experience. The room was in OK condition, but not complaining. Only issue was restaurant staff was awful. Worker just put her own tip without my permission...refused to give me a receipt. Other than that no issues.

Stayed 7 nights. Perfect location for some restaurants and theaters. Hotel is older but was clean and not noisy. Disappointed in food offering. One guy at the bar was very nice, other not so much. Coffee crummy and $5.00. Breakfast buffet only had 4 offerings and was $20.00. Housekeeping staff great. No bottled water in room, $3.75 from machine in lobby. Soft drinks $4.00.

This hotel was disgusting. I called multiple times and no response. There was feces in the bathroom on the walls, dirty and used bed sheets. Floors made our socks almost black and there was food on the edges where it had not been cleaned. To make it all worse - I was given the wrong type of room than what I ordered from Expedia. DO NOT use this hotel.

I’m going to start by saying that I’m very low maintenance. I just want a bed I could sleep on and a clean room. That being said, I was charged for my room the day of my booking but I hadn’t even made it to hotel yet. I was supposed to pay at property. Anyway, I make it there but my room wasn’t even ready. The pictures on the website look like a paradise version of real life. There are similar set ups but it will never be that bright, clean or anything. When I make it to my room, I can’t even open the door all the way because we had a furniture block the door. And there’s confetti on the floor. I check for bed bugs and there are none. So that’s why this has stars. The bathroom is clean enough and the shower, toilet and sink works. The lights are on a timer so if you spend awhile in the bathroom, you’ll be in the dark. I didn’t notice until 2 days into my stay but the pillows and blanket has what looks like dried blood stains and some other slightly yellow stains on it. Too late… I just try to ignore it. The noise from outside doesn’t bother me, but man, cleaning staff is noisy all through the day until maybe 6 or 7pm. I tried to turn on the tv but it doesn’t work. I did hear our neighbor’s tv though. Curious and tried to scan QR code for room service. Doesn’t load. The AC blows air but it won’t blow warm/hot air. Hm, what else… oh, I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels better than this supposedly 4 star hotel. Staff were meh at best. Would I stay here again? No.
