My room was changed from two beds to one without my ok. I showed them my booking for two rooms and I was told it was changed because they were overbooked. This made for an uncomfortable couple of nights. Breakfast was pitiful. There was only bacon and cold items. No hot items such as eggs or biscuits. Checkout attendant was very rude.

Upon checking in and receiving our room key we discovered that the room had not been cleaned, beds unmade. Desk clerk gave us another room which was also uncleaned with bed unmade. We were told breakfast started at 6am. We were there at 6:05 only to be told breakfast started at 7:00 am. Totally unacceptable! We will not return.

Disappointing stay at Fairfield Inn Orangeburg.
Very disappointing. This place was rated an 8-9 which is why I booked it. No way! The motel reeked of pot, had dirty sheets, no hot water and a poor breakfast that we could not eat. Stay away from this place!

Outstanding and friendly staff!
Accommodations were fine but the staff were the real stars. Everyone was so friendly! Everyone was smiling and pleasant and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which is really impressive on a holiday when I am sure they would rather be with friends and family. Definitely would stay there again just because of the staff.

We not stay there again. On the reservation it was for 3 people. With roll in shower. Was told we could get a roll away bed when making reservations. Once we was there we was told no roll away beds in the building. So a friend had to get another room. I feel it was a disappointment. Also on door in front entrance there was a sign saying building is up for sale due to tax lean.
