Poor service

Did not recognise my Expedia Gold Status. Front Desk was not willing to try and help. So no free breakfast for me. Long line to check in. Therefore I won’t be back. I was planning another 7 nights next week. I’ll be going elsewhere.

This hotel is close enough to where I'm going in Kisimmee and nice enough that I don't mind staying there. There are cheaper or closer hotels but they're nasty and the Red Lion is nice. I've stayed at it several times now and always been pleased with it.

I used a product that they had left on open in the bathroom to wash my face. It said face and body bar, and I used it to clean my face and the makeup that was left on my face at night and then I woke up in the morning with my eyes, swollen. The product did say slightly scented face and body and for sensitive skin I didn’t tell anyone and management due to the fact that after a few hours of me being awake, my swelling did go down drastically.

No hot water, barely warm. Water leak in wall, caused large wet spot in carpet. Flashing light all night over the bed. Key panel fell off the door. Otherwise clean, and staff were as accommodating as they were able.
