"My room was large and clean and though it was next to the lift there was no noise from it. The hotel itself was a standard Ibis product, well run with a sense that you were in good hands. I was most impressed with the staff who were friendly and efficient and had an excellent attitude to the guests. I dealt mainly with Grace and Sean at Reception and Jomari and Mona in the Pool bar and I was impressed with how they remained cheery and calm no matter how much was asked of them, always a sign of good managent and good staff.
