"All the staff we interacted with were excellent, this started with the front desk all the way through to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. We were there during the 12-hour long countrywide power blackout and the staff handled the challenging situation extremely well. The hotel's location is a bit far from the historic district, but both step- on/off bus companies plus the public metro buses have stops just steps away from the front door. Our only complaint involves the facility itself. The carpets, plumbing, and furniture needed some replacing. "
