"Property is brand new and in immaculate condition. The ocean is literally out the back door and the location is an easy drive to all north shore beaches and activities. Josh was very easy to communicate with and provided tons of local food places for our trip. Highly recommend staying at this property "

"This beach house, views and ocean breezes are glorious, exactly as shown in the photos. We loved every aspect of our stay, and appreciated all of the beach toys and gear!We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves. We could walk in either direction for swimmable, sandy entry points into the water. Fun waves for surfing to the left, and a bit more calm to the right. We had two teenagers and five adults, ranging in age from 14 to 83, and had plenty of space to luxuriate. Caretaker Sam was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great time while staying here. The drive way was a bit hard to find at first but once you find it its easy to find again. It also has a little pull off from the main road which makes getting into the drive way much easier. We actaully saw Giant manta Rays feeding out in the ocean from the back porch and woke up to 6 peacocks walking around the front yard one morning. You are in close proximity to grocery stores and some food options so the location is perfect. I would absolutely recommend staying here. I hope we get the chance again. "
