The tub drained poorly, the shower hose on the wand shot every where. There is not daily housekeeping - you have to ask for more towels. The white bathroom towels smelled really bad, leaving us thinking they must not be using bleach. The breakfast was ok - mostly continental with waffles and hard boiled eggs. The corners of the bathroom floor had collected dirt and grime and the elevator and hallways had clumps of dirt on the carpet.

Great room , very clean...in my opinion. The beds were firm....the pillows were comfortable...To me. Cracker Barrel is a short walk away. Have stayed multiple times. Always go to cracker Barrel for breakfast. Most! People won't be disappointed. Safe side of town...you shouldn't be disappointed.

other peoples kids ruined the stay
was stuck under a room with children. there were empty rooms so don't know why travelers won't staggered roomwise. may not have been enough empty rooms, but children should not be in sections of the hotel with people without children. after complaining to the desk, it did get better, but they were starting to wind up again at 6:24 am. my dog is cleaner, quieter and better behaved, but he's not allowed.
