All power in the hotel went out. I had to walk. Down from the 34th floor with my luggage. We were told we would be given a credit for $150 however, I haven’t received it as of yet.

Very nice hotel that is centrally located. Close to the MFA, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the rooftop gym. Staff was extremely courteous. There’s a mandatory food fee - it seems like more hotels are going that route these days.

Heating system was terrible, the beds feel like stone slabs, and the breakfast is mediocre. But the staff is wonderful, the parking and rooms are relatively cheap for Boston, and the area has a lot to do.

"Great location and lovely apartment meeting all our needs. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, kitchen had basic dinnerware and some minor appliances. Staff were very kind and helpful and the parking lot in the back of the houses was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again."
