This property may be clode to 50 years old now but it's very well maintained and taken care of. The staff is great, the grounds are well kept, pools are nice, bartenders are fantastic and it's close enough to walk to the Malecon.

Lack of proper introduction of the facilities. Lack of sharing daily programs in the reception area. Menu in ALL specialty restaurants had majority of *** stars that meant we had to pay extra. Not sure what ALL INCLUSIVE means. On all travel sites SHERATON should clearly state for specialty meals you will have to pay lots extra. Majority of your clients who traveled to your resort ALL had similar reasons for NOT coming back or will share with friends and families the lack of true perspective of meal charges. We travelled with my sister and her spouse. We had an amazing trip. The hotel is very nice and has some great beach huts to relax. Good location - walkable to malecon and quick taxi/uber to marinas. Love Mexico! We will be back for sure.

The hotel was fine. It had a number of inoperative elevator buttons and the tv in our room had a dark side to it where it was hard to see the picture. The good part of the hotel were its staff. They were all very friendly and very helpful. The Spa was great! Food was very good and the weather was great!

Dining options are OK but the one restaurant is really two in one just alternating. A lot of the items are now “ extra” and not included on the “all inclusive” plan. Since last there 3 years ago would say the resort has gone down a notch. Staff is very friendly but even the wine choices are limited on the “all inclusive” plan.

Since last there in 2021 the food service in the sit down restaurants have deteriorated. Also the number of items on the menu that are now extra has increased and thus fewer items on the sit down menu included with the “ all inclusive”. Is rather ironic. Staff very pleasant but the timeshare folks not necessary. Overall the food service has gone down a notch or two. Still a likeable place for the family but not as good as 3 years ago.
