Platform for bed were "shin" level, presumably for wheelchair bound, toilet seat was loose, got water on floor in bathroom trying to figure out how to turn it on, called front desk for light we couldn't find the switch for to turn off- very quickly came to correct it, a simple note on the wall could have identified the switch ( looked like a bolt) on the wall. .)

Make your own bed...
My room (215) is facing the air handling unit tower which generates a constant mechanical din especially noticeable at night. Housekeeping comes every 3 days only which is surprising for a $340/night stay, 'to minimize interruptions'. This would be less of an issue with a duvet in a standard duvet cover. Instead the duvet is sandwiched between two standard sheets and a major faf to make the bed.

The receptionist looked tired and talked with demeanor, he didn’t even smile. Maybe he just had a long day. Room 255 was is close to AC unit and it has a constant noise. We just didn’t want to call the unfriendly receptionist to make our night worst.

Went to the front desk and stood there for a couple of minutes then the employee who was standing watching tv finally noticed me. Bartender wasn't very professional. Morning crew was awesome and food was great
