There was no safety latch on the door and the peephole was wide open. The floors were dirty and the walls had dirty handprints on them. The only good thing they had going for them was that the staff were very kind. Breakfast was not in the same building, so inconvenient to get to with small kids.

If you like staying in a fridge when it’s 40 below outside then this room is for you do you like laying in dirty sheets with hair and traces of blood well this place is for you when you called to ask for help on nights and nobody can assist you then this place is for you.

The room had electrical switch issues. Two switches did not work. There was very little water pressure and the water temperature was not hot at all! The breakfast was very good!

Everything is fine. although we just stayed overnight but still we noticed the place is quiet maybe sound proof wall. But over all is good

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, room was very clean. We enoyed our stay, except for 2 issues l think worth mentioning. 1. They only have ONE disability accessible room at this location, which is located down a very very busy hallway, which has no carpets, so the noise woke me about six times during the night, people talking very loudly, doors slamming, etc. My husband is hearing impaired so he was ok, me, not so much!! 2. This accessible room has an outdoor right outside the window and the blind did not go down all the way and that door was opened, closed at least 4 times during the night for whatever reason. It was annoying and disruptive and we had to pile our suitcase against the window because the blind was up! Did mention these upon checkout. I would stay there again but not in the accessible room, it's in an extremely poor location. Thanks for your time. Juliette Dash

We were awoken from sleep with someone in 205 yelling and talking loudly.. then loud banging on a door.. 4 large police men in hallway.. then disturbed again with someone knocking on 205 door.. then later two women loudly knocking on 205 door asking for Bailey.. terrible night

I needed to request a new room because my door wouldn’t lock. They told me the majority of the new rooms don’t lock yet. Was not impressed. Then where I was moved to had nothing but slamming doors all around.
