WiFi is very bad you have to go to the lobby to use the WiFi and I didn’t have the ocean view what I supposes to have I asked them to change my room they don’t want too

Wife and I had a great time here at the Krystal Grand. Fantastic staff everywhere. Super location. Its a little dated and areas are open to the weather which cuts down on the use of AC. We would of preferred more AC. Staff worked extremely hard during the tropical storm we had on the Friday, a huge shout out to the hard working team members. Met some great folk from the USA, Mexico and BC Canada: Cecille, Victor, Tammy, John, Marie-Anne, Jorge, Nick and Amanda. Julian and Pedro at the swim up bar do an awesome job. Expedia staff on the resort made us feel welcome and special, thanks. Tecate light beer on tap isn't the best - just saying. Ala carte restaurant's use first come first served which worked well, no waiting. House red wine is pretty much gross!! Poor evening entertainment basically because there is no stage however they try with the DJ, karaoke and BBQ's. Disappointed there was no visit from Michael Jackson !! Overall we had a really good time but doubt we'd go back. BTW the Captain that runs the breakfast dining room is fantastic, all business, professional, runs a tight ship and smiles occasionally.....SIR YES SIR.

Personal muy grosero, lugar muy sucio, instalaciones pésimas, me tocó vi ir un sismo y el sistema de alarmas no sirve, pero los cabos es hermoso volvería pero a este hotel.

Albercas limpias y camastros suficientes.
