Room and staff were great. Shower handle loose and about to fall off. Towels small, thin and rough. We had to ask for more towels. Overall, this is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I would recommend it to friends.

The staff at both check in and checkout were great. However the room was dirty, literally bugs both dead and alive in our bed sheets and the shower area was dirty. Noise from other guests and from the apartments behind the hotel made it impossible to sleep.

I have been staying here at Budget Inn, for a few years, during my Travels, and for Vacation. There were a few upgrades, and they will keep upgrading for more years to serve the Sanford Area.
