Our 1313 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACHFRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this corner condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 yrs old. License # 2024-1344.
Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! $40 for gate pass/parking and $75 admin charge. These fees plus tax are already included in your VRBO quoted price. Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs; call if more.

Comb your private beach for precious seashells and sand dollars every morning. Keep an eye on the kids from your deck as they follow the dolphins. Open the glass sliding door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast is on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs. Put our 4 beach chairs near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pools tomorrow. Tennis and Golf are later in the week! Dinner is easy at the Clubhouse or at several gourmet island restaurants outside the guardhouse. Charleston beckons! If you are looking for grocery shopping, Freshfields Village is a short 4 mile drive complete with dining, shops, and entertainment. At night, you turn the lights out for the sea turtles. Head down the hall to your private room. You've got your own dreams to make on a comfy king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin chair & half bed or twin ottoman bed & queen all night air mattress! Excellent place to stay!
What a wonderful place to stay. And the area has so much to offer (even late in December)! The villa has everything you need, is nicely appointed and super clean. The beaches were great for long walks, collecting shells, watching dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! Views of the water and sunset from the villa’s deck are spectacular! I would watch the dolphins from the deck while having my morning coffee. The villa and Seabrook Island are pet friendly with a lot of areas for walks. The grocery store and plenty of shops are close by and don’t miss a trip into Charleston. Mary was an amazing host - excellent communication, responds right away and she is so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or host! I am looking forward to a return visit.

Unit has classic river views with beautiful sunsets with easy walk to the river. We brought our dog and found Seabrook to be very dog friendly. We will look at this space for the 2025 season.

Wonderful stay at seabrook island
We had an amazing time staying in this condo at Seabrook Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the peaceful views from the balcony and enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pools and restaurants. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed here for a week just myself and my husband while kids were at summer camp. Amazing location with stunning views. Everything you need in the apartment - great to have a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Beach towels not included but the owner did remind us to bring them. Added benefit of amenity access to the club facilities is super. We just loved the beach bar! We will return

A sweet little gem, we never knew existed. Have no complaints... The grounds/magnificent, the condo perfect. The no key entry, wonderful. My husband and I are the worst in losing the "key". 5 star all the way. :) Hope to return in the future.

What a view!
The condo was spotless and had everything one could need. The view is spectacular and the patio chairs were so comfy. We loved watching the wildlife from the patio. Deer visited each morning and evening. We saw dolphins swimming and birds are everywhere. Sunsets were beautiful! We hope to return! What a special spot!

Everything was as listed. Perfect view of the sunset from the porch. Check-in was easy. Owners were great with communication. Property is right on the beach. The area gives you a feeling of seclusion but you still aren’t far from Charleston or other areas if you desire.

Excellent Vacation Location!
We just returned from our best trip to Kiawah/Seabrook Island yet! This was our first time staying on Seabrook Island but it won’t be the last. 1313, was all that we could have asked for … easy access to the beach, perfect view from the deck, and close to the pool and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy and very well maintained. Mary was very accessible and easy to plan with. We love to vacation in this area and can’t believe it took so long for us to explore Seabrook. We can’t wait to go back!

Best Pelican watch Villa we’ve stayed in!
We’ve been to Seabrook many times and have stayed at a lot of the villas. This was by far our favorite! We love the corner unit and windows … great view. We have an 8 month old baby and this unit was perfect for her too … blackout curtains in the bedroom and a comfy chair when we put her to bed! Unit is super clean as well. We did cook at home several nights. Pots/pans are not great for if you’re going to be cooking but we made it work!

Excellent property for beach access and views
The property itself is great, exactly as the pictures show. This unit has super easy access to the beach at boardwalk 9. All the beach equipment you could need. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch watching the sunset that we cooked at home most nights so we could enjoy it. The only negative, and this is personal to us, is the lack of dining options on Seabrook. I think it was because we were end of season but several times we went to eat or have a drink at one of the resorts facilities only to find it closed. Harris-Teeter to the rescue!

The pictures don't do the place justice - it's really nice! It's right on the beach, and I especially loved the dunes between the property and the beach - it gives the location a secluded, private feel because you can't see the people on the beach from the deck (but honestly, the beach was never crowded, even in early August). We saw a ton of wildlife roaming around in the dunes! The sunsets each night from the deck were absolutely breathtaking. Checking in and out was seamless. Two things to note: there's basic kitchen equipment available, but you might want to bring some things to supplement what's provided if you like to cook - we weren't able to find a cheese grater or can opener. Also, it's a first floor unit, so you can definitely hear your neighbors walking around upstairs a bit. If you're used to apartment/condo living, you might not even notice, but if you're sensitive to sound, I'd suggest renting the unit above this one (1314 Pelican) hosted by the same hosts - I'm sure it's just as lovely!

The space, the host, the accuracy of the listing were all wonderful. We appreciated the proximity to the Clubhouse + beach. Drinking coffee in the morning with the sunrise AND sipping wine on the deck at sunset were amazing options. The space itself was appointed well. Host was very responsive with any needs we had and the Amenity Card Access was a big bonus.
