An "Airport" hotel without airport shuttles

I booked this stay but ultimately did not stay at this Seatac Airport Hotel because they do not have shuttles to the airport. I missed that detail in the booking so when I arrived at Seatac in 30 degree weather, and called them for a shuttle, they said they don't do shuttles. I hung up and booked a room at Coast Gateway Hotel, who promptly picked me up and delivered me back to the airport at 4:30am the next day. My mistake for assuming they had shuttles. What "Airport" hotel does not? Poor branding and indifferent phone support.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff is very friendly and so helpful! Our stay included breakfast and was very good too. Room was very clean, stocked, and smelled very clean. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, also other soaps and lotions. The mattress was SO SOFT and so COMFY. The best! Everything around the area was very convenient. Shopping mall, restaurants, target, gas stations. Only thing we really disliked was the parking. We paid $15 a day and we always got stuck parking in the way back. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing staff, very clean room, comfortable beds. When you're 6'3 its not often you find a shower head that you dont have to duck down to get under, so that was great. A bar inside the hotel is always great. Having to pay $15 a day on top of the room cost to park my car seems a bit ridiculous. Random tourism fees, car parking taxes. Thats gonna be the reason i wont stay at this location again.

When I first checked in, I was told the wrong floor. I also had to pay for parking in a place that did not have adequate parking. I had to go down and get more coffee and cups as house cleaning does not stop to check to see if you need anything. I went down for breakfast and looked inside the restaurant to see if I was in the right place and got yelled at by an employee because she thought I was going to go and seat myself. The wi-fi was out.
