Our cabin and Studio Apt. is in a superb location + backs up to 43 undeveloped acres of land which makes for serene surroundings and stunning views just outside of the oversized windows.

This is the perfect place for family getaways or romantic escapes to snuggle up next to the fireplaces with cozy blankets, hot cocoa, + the ones you love most. Located within a short walking distance of Payette Lake, the downtown shops and restaurants + within miles of Brundage Mountain Resort.

Our home has two fireplaces, x-boxes, wifi, smart TV's, Three kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, a game closet full of board and card games, a built in chess set on the kitchen counter top, air mattresses with plenty of extra bedding and linens, a pack n play in the master bedroom, a jetted tub in the master bedroom, and the lake located less than 1 mile away from our home. We've got two sets of snowshoes you can take out during your stay as well. You won't find a better place to stay!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, with a mixture of full time neighbors and seasonal vacationers. Very peaceful area with walking trails behind the property which are especially popular jogging, biking + walking areas during the warmer months. Perfect for snowshoeing in the winter months!

Get around McCall easily using McCall Transit, a free public transportation system that runs daily. McCall offers a free public transportation system that operates daily from 7 am to 7 pm. McCall transit does an hourly loop through town, making stops at several different places including the court house, hospital, ice rink and library. There are no designated bus stops – just flag it down anywhere along the route. Rates: Free Schedules: 7 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week

The cabin can fit large groups, and the kitchen is stocked with glasses, plates, bowls and silverware as well as cooking pots, pans, mixing bowls, a hand mixer, a tea pot, a small sized nutri-bullet, some tupperware, a large crockpot, and rice maker. HOWEVER: We absolutely recommend you bring plenty of paper products to accommodate your large groups (Plastic cups & bowls, paper plates, plastic utensils) to ensure comfortable dining experiences for large groups and families.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
