"Overall, it was a good experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and facilities. Complimentary coffee through the day with assorted flavors (french vanilla, salted caramel, hazelnut, etc) and breakfast during the morning. I didn't use it but noticed a well-equipped gym, and a pool (the pool was not open though). We stayed during the week, and the parking and safety around it was good then, but it seems that it's another story during the weekends, as there is a night club next door, and its customer tend to use the hotel's parking lot. I didn't like a female guest apparently knocking on her own room yelling "open the f****** door! open the f****** door!", couldn't the hotel management had hushed or evicted her?"

"We loved our stay! Customer service was absolutely wonderful before we even arrived. . Highly recommend the suite with the juliet balcony. Our room was like a quiet escape - even with the fact that the hotel itself was full of little hockey players and their families, cheerleaders in town for a competition, and a wedding party. Once the door closed it was likwe we were in a secluded spot. Peaceful and comfy. Bartenders were friendly and great - even when they were busy. Valet attendant jumped to help me with my luggage so kindly. Only complaints really would be that room service was not available mid day on a Saturday, and the front desk couldn't be reached on the room phone. BUT they did keep in touch by text and answered any question I had promptly and were very helpful. "

"The staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The establishment was clean, my room was spotless, and the atmosphere was quiet, which made for a great stay. The only thing I would suggest is offering more breakfast options closer to 7:30 am, as it seemed like everything was gone by the time I was ready to leave for work. However, it wasn’t a major issue. If I ever return to the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
