I had an amazing stay here with my wife for a few days in Shibuya. It was easily walkable to the train station and lots of local restaurants, shopping, and the Meiji Shrine. There was a large tub in our bathroom that made for a nice recovery from a day of walking around the city. I was especially grateful for how quiet the room was, especially being so close to train tracks. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Shibuya.

We only stayed for 1 night before heading back to Haneda the next morning. The room had a strange smell when we got in, but everything looked clean. It was a small room so if staying for longer this may not be ideal and would recommend getting a larger room, as a struggle to have 2 cases open at a time. Staff were pleasant, ordered us a taxi on request the next morning back to the airport. There werent charging points either side of the bed, just 1 side, again for 1 night that's fine but may be a nuisance if staying longer. On the plus side you have free access to the onsite spring bath, we didnt use this but is a nice addition. There was also free access to yakult, ice cream and DVDs. It's a bit tucked away up a dark street but was only 10mins to a train station (Harajuku or Shibuya).

The community bath is open all night and is kept in immaculate condition. It is such a relaxing way to wind down from a day of sightseeing in Tokyo or to recuperate while adjusting to a time zone difference. Includes hot tub, showers, sauna, cold bath and assorted toiletries.

This property was perfect. The room is a little small but we expected that going in. It’s super clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful. It’s in a great location that is super walkable and easy to locate!

Business hotel tucked away in a little side street about 12 minutes walk from 2 train stations. Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Helped with luggage transfers and also with getting a cab to Shibuya station so I could catch a bus to Haneda. Note: station is easily walkable but two suitcases made it hard. Very clean facility with an onsen. I had the breakfast package which was very convenient with nice continental and freshly prepared Japanese options (rice, omelette etc.) I think there’s parking onsite for those with a car. Lots of dining options and a couple of Konbinis close by.

Breakfast is pretty great and a wonderful location! Next door to the legendary Japanese fashion labels such as hysteric glamour and both harajuku and Shibuya. Across the street from cat street as well and the Meiji shrine.

excellent hotel. Even though it is right next to the metro tracks the train sound is not bothersome. Staff is kind and efficient. Breakfast is delicious, with large variety. Close to all the fun things in Shibuya but in a quiet street. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo.

Like all the other hotels of the same chain, it offers free onsen access, free ramen (2130 to 2300), free ice cream, it has several vending machines. The onsen is slightly smaller than sister hotels. The hotel is tucked away as to not being on the main road, close to the railway but not close enough to be disturbed by the passage of trains. The location is good, walking distance from Shibuya and Harajuku and close to Omotesando shopping district.

Great place to stay in Shibuya
Very nice and clean and spacious enough for 2 people. As others have said, there is a train line right behind it and you can def hear it although it isn’t constant. Great location for transportation.
