Have stayed at this hotel several times. Clean room, nice lobby, good location. There was a party in a room above us that kept us awake until 1 am. Security did their best to control the situation. In the end, we were moved to another room and our stay was discounted.

The room and overall hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained well above the average acceptable level at others I have stayed in. Hotel staff were extremely helpful as well as the superlative service provided by the staff at The Chop Steak house located on the premises. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again.

This place rocks! Cleanliness is a big factor for me in picking a stay and I’ve found this hotel is always super clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are a nice size. Their showerheads are also the nice fountain ones, not dinky little baby ones that are too short for anyone over five foot five and have solid water pressure. Staff is friendly and efficient. Parking is plentiful. Lots of nice outlet stores in the surrounding area and great dining options for families. High quality experience for the same price as a mid-low tier hotel. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay as a family overall. The pool and spa were lovely. Room was good, linens were clean. My only comment would be that the tub looked clean but when I went to swish water around the bottom I could feel that the sides were not clean so I stuck to showering instead. It was fine for the price.

Loved thatcthey take dogs. Dislikes...only 3 luggage carriers...waited for one for over 30 min to check out stull nkthing. Had to take out major luggage bixes and bags by hand.
