My 7yr old went washroom, pooed and clogged, my kids used very minimal toilet paper so its not the cause of clog..called front desk for service and took couple of calls before an attendant came with a long stick/tool to unclog. Didnt expect this to happen and my kids said the wifi sucks as well.

Great for a business trip to Vaughan. I stayed for 5 nights. Hotel was convenient, clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay.

We found a long hair in the shower. Had the room been thoroughly cleaned. Internet was slow. Picture quality on the tv was extremely poor. Breakfast was good. Lots of available seating. Is a parking fee necessary when the rooms are so highly priced??

We chose this property because it touted the freshly renovated rooms. The renovations must have gone to the lowest bidder because the rooms were passable but bordered on disgusting. Hair from other people in the shower. endless cracks in the walls, corners of floorboards not meeting, super drafty windows (and boy was it cold outside!). The upside was definitely the staff, all of whom were super friendly! We won't stay here again because of the condition of the room, but staff and breakfast were great
