I had dirty sheets bandage on sheets the other bed and like butt stains in it. I would like a refund I talk to a manager this morning she said y’all would call her and reimburse me I was in room 325

When I first arrived at the property, it was 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk. When they finally did, they required a $25 deposit to give me my room keys. Even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I was also told I was not qualified to either earn points or be treated as an honors member since I booked through a third-party. They made it sound like I was a second class citizen. After getting settled into the room, I tried to go to sleep, but The walls were extremely thin, and the neighbors in the next room had young kids, and they were loud until about midnight. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and I would not go back if offered.

The hotel smelled clean and nice when we walked in. It was when we went to bed we found the bedding to be filthy. The next morning we found housekeeping and they cleaned things up but only offering us the supplies to do it ourselves. The location is great, shopping is literally in the parking lot.
