Check in took half an h!!!! Breakfast was ok…always something was missing! They were saying they were just out of everything! At 9:30am! One time they had only apples, blueberry bagels with just strawberry cream cheese and coffee left! They were even out of black coffee and hot water!!!! When asked about they said no more hot water!!! At 9:30am!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! If I knew I wouldn’t get up. I would rather skip that kind of breakfast! Waffle machine ALWAYS BREAKS! And it’s one of those cheap once- very slow! There is always a huge line and breaks all the time! They just shouldn’t have breakfast served at all really!

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It truly deserves its 5 stars. The rooms were very large with plenty of storage for our belongings. It was quite luxurious with many beautiful areas. The staff throughout the hotel was very accommodating. It is a hotel that I really hated to leave!

Awful. Our room was double booked and no more rooms were available for us to stay so we were forced to go elsewhere. Several other people staying also said that the rooms they were staying in were not clean when they checked in. There was only one staff member working the entire hotel for the night. Overall poor experience and would not recommend for people to stay.

Sorry…..disappointment!!
Check-in person was super-nice. Strange set up with desk in huge open room in dire need of upgrading or remodeling. Room was fine, comfortable. Showerhead was mounted way too high to reach for handheld. BIG disappointment was pool. Yes, it was “useable”, but not enjoyable. Looked depressing…partly due to remodeling. But no table and chair set ups; no lounge chairs. Just dozens of plastic and canvas chairs. No “charm or atmosphere” at all. Exercise room was set up for Olympic weightlifters, not a casual hotel guest. Equipment was confusing, and I’m not an inexperienced machine user. In general, a disappointing stay; wouldn’t recommend or stay again……especially since the price was not justified for what was offered.
