This is the only hotel near Williams College but given that they have no competition it could have been much worse. They messed up our room type reservation (they gave us 2 queen beds instead of a king bed) and didn’t compensate us for that even though they said they would and we had to ask for our complimentary bottle of wine, but despite this, it’s still a nice hotel. Rooms are clean and restaurant is good. Very close to Williams College. I would stay again vs. staying further down the road at other hotels or at vacation rentals (which we’ve done).

Best location for stay in Williamstown. Was charged for full day upon arrival, although payment was already done through Expedia. Not clear why, took several conversations with staff to clear the charge.

The property was lovely and the staff friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast options were a bit limited but the food was fresh, delicious and well prepared. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and will certainly stay there again.

Very quiet, nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. The only negative comment, the shower wall tile needs scrubbing. White is hard to keep clean, but doable!
