Staff is extremely helpful for any issues you have if you reach out for it. Is my second stay in 4 months and both times had a weird incident at the pool but felt staff helped immediately. Very clean rooms and will accommodate whatever you need. Will be staying again

Our stay was good. We didn’t like that the breakfast was not included - it wasn’t the best we’ve had either considering we had to pay extra for it. Walking to our vehicle in the parking garage was awkward also as we had to take the elevator to the main floor and then walk up a flight of stairs to our car, which is not convenient with luggage. Otherwise the hotel itself was good and the room was comfortable. We would stay here again but we would look for an option elsewhere with free breakfast first.

Clean & Comfortable Stay
We stayed in a King room and it was super spacious, clean & comfortable. The fridge was noisy but didn’t bother us. Breakfast was good & did the trick for a quick meal before heading out for the day.

Nice hotel in a good area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were good. The mattresses were a little too firm and it would have been nice to have a towel rack and not just a hook on the bathroom door. Also, the hot tub jets weren’t working which was a little disappointing. All in all we were happy with our stay.

Receptionists unfriendly except one who was present when we checked out. One whose English was not the best was unfriendly and unhelpful whenI asked questions about the restaurant. Maid service was excellent. Restaurant service was okay.
