No Quality at the Quality Inn
So, this Hotel should not be on the One Key list, this Quality Inn lacks Quality !! We were very disappointed, the check-in was an issue, the clerk, had problems getting our reservation pulled up on the computer, she was nice but it took about 20 minutes and I was the only person at the desk. The room was less than pleasant. Pictures I believe are worth a thousand words. See below….would you stay there ?

THE WORST QUALITY INN EVER! WE WERE TIRED AND GOT A ROOM WOULD NOT GIVE US A REFUND SO WE WERE STUCK... ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! TEENT TINY ANTS EVERYWHERE! ICE MACHINE BROKEN. REMOTE TO TV WASN'T WORKING. WE BROUGHT IT TO THE FRONT DESK TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES AND IT STILL DIDN'T HELP.. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Jessica at the front desk was a delight. The room was clean and comfortable, however we stayed in a handicap accessible room and the bathroom smelled like a truck stop bathroom and the shower was not very clean. Otherwise the property and area was clean and comfortable and the fact they have a large area for semi and truck/trailer parking is fantastic. Very pet friendly property with pet fee only $10 per pet.

It was clean and in a decent location. Not bad for the price. Staff was friendly and it was quiet. The place is run down, but we weren’t expecting 5 star. Even though it was old, it was still clean!
