"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was extremely clean and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Namba Station and 15 minutes to Dotonbori, which made exploring Osaka super convenient. I also loved having great dining options nearby, including a ramen restaurant, Kura Sushi, and a Lawson convenience store for quick snacks. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great experience at the Centara Grand Osaka. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, had a comfortable queen sized bed and was noticeably quiet my entire trip. My only complaint with the room was a mildew smell coming from the shower drain. The location itself is very walkable within Namba, with easy access to Namba station and getting to / walking around Shinsibashi. Everyone I spoke with who worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing !!!…the ladies who work in the spa are absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Very warm Thai & Japanese hospitality and I had seriously incredible treatments there (massages & salt scrubs). "
