The front desk lady was very helpful during check-in. It was late at night because my flight was canceled. I wanted to make a coffee 5:30 in the morning, but the disposable cups were missing. Only the lids were there. It was too early to call anybody, and I was late for the airport, so I gave up on the coffee. It might be a small housekeeping error, but it was a big disappointment for me.

Good location, good value, god room amenities Hotel has too lottoe services, restaurant only open until 10 am for breakfast... Parking waa expensive at $29 per night, should be complimentary for guests , the whole area only has oaid parking, all private as far as I noticed.

The swimming pool area is gorgeous with music and a bar, cabanas, and beautiful garden. Fun pub tables. I could have hung out all day at the pool. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable. The only downside was there’s no table to eat at. However, there is a big desk that you could make your table. There’s adorable back patio with a cute little pub table. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning. it was a nice relaxing place to stay.

The facility is dated but seems they have renovated some areas. The rooms don't have safety lock box so you can't keep things in the safe and go. The pool is not cleaned, we saw donut and other food thrown in the pool. The closet is non-existent, there was a small corner where they had a small cloth hanging bar with 5 hangers. The rooms don't have a fridge or microwave. Parking costs extra. The breakfast buffet is very limited and there is no separation between meat and non-meat selections.

Pricey but not service friendly.
The services at this hotel were nonexistent. Grounds and pool are nicely maintained. Only food available expect for a proxy breakfast was from an overpriced automat. Parking is ridiculously expensive and cumbersome. Access to some rooms is virtually inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair.

Place was not how it was pictured. This is more like a motel not a Hotel. There wore stains inside the bedroom linen pillowcase and sofa was full of black stains. I will never stay here again.
