Room smelled musty, mold in caulking in shower, large gaps in door weather stripping could see lots of light coming through therefore noise level was high. Room needed a deep clean, had alot of dust in bathroom fan and fridge cabinet. Also, door to room did not automatically close behind you, it would swing bac open if not fully latched. Handle mechanism on pocket door to bathroom was rigid, getting stuck, door tracks stiff to open. No water in lobby in morning, only coffee . Property looked a bit worn and stained in areas

Only thing i dislike is that they have no elevator an I had to struggle carding my 1yr old a stroller a bags up a down on my own. Kind a dangerous. Was trying not to drop my stuff or son.

We reserved a king room and were given a king handicapped room. It was an ok room,i expected much nicer. There was no indication when i booked that the rooftop restaurant was closed Mondays. Very disappointing. We had to find a place to eat dinner & breakfast. On the plus side they allowed us to park before check-in so we could walk to Disneyland. We really appreciated that. The grounds and pool are nice. They boast 3 restaurants and they are just a little area very much like a strip mall. The food is also like a strip mall. The little convenience shop was handy with a good selection. Overall its just a very basic hotel that has average rooms.

I loved the convenience and how close it was to Disney. When we requested housekeeping, they were there super quick. Housekeeping also knocked on our door daily asking if we needed to replace towels, if we needed more toilet paper, coffee, etc. this wasn’t my first time staying here and definitely won’t be my last!

Nothing luxury about this place.
Definitely NOT luxury as marketed. Paid for the upgrade to what they call their "luxury" room to celebrate our special occasion. The room was no better than any basic motel room in the area I could have gotten for half the price. The room was small, basic furniture, no closet besides a tiny wardrobe, no upgrade amenities or anything else that would indicate "luxury" in anyone's mind. Worse yet was the view of the rooftop utilities. They were overbooked already and the staff could care less about my disappointment. Definitely a take it or leave it attitude. They had a party booked at their roof top restaurant so it was unusable for guests, party guests crowded the elevator and stairway, and we got to listen to their music blasting until after 11pm.

Loved it! Especially loved all the pool blow up toys for the kids to play with. I think they enjoyed the pool more than Disneyland

Perfect spot to set up for your Disney trip. Easy walk, close to convinience store and places for snacks and food. We were on the 4th floor and found that the elevator took a while. I recommend ground level or 2nd floor for easier stair access. There is a lot of noise when people walk by the rooms in the early morning. Room was clean and new towels everyday but they didn’t make the beds? No worries. Nice to have the fridge!
