The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very noisy with outside noise and the walls seem thin as we could hear our neighbors.

Great location but pretty basic
Great location, could see fireworks from our door, but pretty basic. Restaurants were closed because it was Christmas. Had to call to get fresh towels and linens. People were loud in the open courtyard. No Disney channel on TV. Would I stay again? Probably not. Wasn't much better than a motel.

Noisy from the bar/restaurant at night and our sink was clogging and stinky. Those are my only complaints though. It is right across the street from Disney so that is a huge perk for us!

The property is incredibly convenient to Disneyland. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance as well. The staff was friendly at check-i. Housekeeping was minimal unless you requested it but they did come each day to empty the trash and replace towels.

Second time staying here first time staying in the back building. Very clean, room was loud outside, could here people talking and working even behind the building with no windows, could here yardwork being done before 6 am. Front desk was kinda cocky and not very friendly since it took me a while to find my email with the free parking “code”. All in all it is a great hotel and a great place to stay for the ease of disney because its so close.

We were given one of the last let rooms, right next to the staff room. No noise was spared from 5am which kept on waking us up. Housekeeping poor, during the 3 nights of our stay only bin in the room (not in the bathroom) was emptied. Location was excellent!

Proximity to Disneyland was excellent and the staff was great. Room not so good. They updated furnishings did not really fit the small size of the room. We booked an upgraded room but it appears we got the standard. My son also booked an upgraded room but was given a very small room. They were moved to the room used for the photos of the upgraded room, the next day. But had to check out at 7:30 when we left for the park and were not given their new room until 3:30pm. Luggage had to be stored for the day. And their new room, definitely bigger than mine, had several items that were broken.

Beds were comfortable. It was a little noisy on the first floor where we were staying. Next time, we will request a room that is not next to the stairs or the vending machine. The vending machine had a voice response that would wake us up at night when someone was using it.
