I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The hotel reception and management were extremely friendly, accommodating, and went above beyond to make my stay extra special. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, Scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy, potatoes, Bacon, pankcakes, waffles and many other options. I love they have a mini store in hotel so you can get whatever you need 24 hours a day. The best part is, you can step right outside the hotel to Big Bear Village to all the restaurants and shops.

Perfect location for the Village, staff was nice, good complimentary breakfast, neds were very comfortable, would stay here again. Just make sure you get a room with a balcony so you can open the door for fresh air, it could get stuffy in the room.
