It was nice having a lounge and a restaurant. I had chicken tacos, which were good. My husband had the steak sandwich which was not good. The steak was mostly gristle and he barely ate any of it. He did not complain unfortunately so the hotel was not given the chance to rectify it. The staff was amazing though.

Not happy with the last few days
Last 2 nights. There was an awful smell from either outside our door or from the room across. Smells like fecal matter. Told the FD, At least they checked and after a few hours when we went back to the hotel. The smell was gone. So i suppose, they resolved it... also, at the day of check out, as i was putting my luggage in my vehicle, my vehicle was on idle mode in front of the entrance of the hotel. Idle only for less than 5min. The FD lady, overweight, with little bit curly hair with glasses, approached me and my wife as we were loading our stuff, informed us that a "hotel guest" complained about the smell of the exhaust? The lady was nice but i could never verify if there was really someone that complained or if it was just her that approached us about it... have they never been to a hotel before? Other cars do that as well and i felt a little bit targeted by whoever that is since we are asians. After putting our luggage in the car. I drove my car and parked it and went in the hotel again to eat breakfast before checking out. And i saw that there was vehicles on idle mode as well but they were not approached

IHG really needs to incorporate complimentary breakfasts. Also, for what you pay, I would expect IHg to have complimentary water jug and coffee throughout the day. I pay less with other hotels and get these simple things. To stay competitive it would be beneficial to have these small things. Also, the lotion was totally watered down in our room!! Seriously.

Overnight stay on our way to a family visit. We stayed here years ago with our family. Happy to report that this hotel has been upgraded and is in great condition. Ample parking, staff are friendly and efficient. Food was good. Breakfast was filling with unlimited coffee
