Did not get clean towels every day and was charged US $5 for desinfection, we ordered a filet mignon at pirate jack's and got something else. Could not connect to net fliks or amazon prime. The point is that we didn't feel that the hotel advertisement and execution was aligned and felt cheated.

The views, the access to the marina, the swimable beach minutes away, and most important is the amazing staff. From the minute you arrive, the wait staff, bartenders, meals, cleaning staff, the are thoughtful and wonderful!

A wonderful location
A very nice place at the marina. It is close to so many restaurants and shopping, as well as many tourist attractions. Just an FYI, there are lots of steps to get down to the marina area. There is also a side street to avoid the steps. Staff is friendly. Drawback is the very hard sell to take a tour of their sister property- they say, “not a time share”. We did not do it but they kept finding us and asking. There is no beach but they do have a lovely pool with a swim up bar.

Have stayed many times at this location. Dining along the marina and proximity to shopping can’t be beat. Perfect location for fishermen, just steps from dock B. Safe location, gates and security at each entrance.
