Overall everything was great. Just few minor issues that were more so annoyances rather than big complaints. There was a constant rattle with our a/c unit, the kitchen sink had no hot water, kitchen towels were taken after the first day and never replaced. We had to call a couple times to get fresh towels.

Marina Fiesta is in a good location and very walkable to many shops, restaurants and activities. It does get a little noisy at times but it was bearable. The place was clean and well maintained but it is an older building and lacks modern charging outlets for devices. I would stay there again.

The friendliness and service of Thomas (bartender), Vanessa (house keeping), Rowdy and another Belllnan whose name I forget - just awesome. Bryan in spa was great too! Great trip! Hôtel deserves some updates from owners, but otherwise awesome trip.

What I enjoyed most of this resort was that all the restaurants and shops were right on the boardwalk around the marina! Water taxis available. Walking distance to everything.

The room was very clean and quiet, when the balcony door was closed it was very quiet at night. The staff and guests could be loud in the morning but you get that with echo-y hallways lol. I loved sitting on our balcony, we had a big palm tree infront of half it so private but with a great view of the Marina. Easy walking to all shopping, nightlife, restaurants... vendors lol (can't escape them lol). Also a quick walk to the main beach areas that you can actually swim in lined with restaurants. The few requests from staff were addressed within minutes. And we literally just walked out the back exit onto the marina and booked a great boat tour and snorkeling trips. There is really no need to pre book so you can wing it if you want lol. Pool was very clean and heated. Nice little hot tub for the evenings and mornings too.
