"Our family had an amazing time on Cowee Creek. Had the opportunity to meet both of the owners. They were both friendly and hospitable. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs all over and I have never stayed in a home that the kitchen that had all of the needed items. The kids had a blast in the creek. Our friends who were staying close by came over for the kids to build boats and have a boat race down the creek. The kids explored the creek banks for cool rocks and to look for fish. The pictures don’t do it justice. I fairly certain I found an arrow head next to the creek. Did a lot of research on the Cowee Valley. The Valley is full of Cherokee History.We saw deer grazing in the meadow and a ground hog by the creek. The surprise snow shower on the official first day of spring was magical. It was the highlight of the week. We are already planning a trip back. A week wasn’t long enough The drive from the main road to the house is gorgeous. The roads are very well maintained and it’s easy access. The property is gated for added privacy and security. The drive way is flat and easy access. "

"Had the best Spring break vacation - not all family could come, but 9 of us did and we could stretch out and not be all on top of each other! The Game room in the basement and the Hot tub on the lower deck SAVED us! 3 girls ages 9-12 were very entertained!! Even had 1 bedroom we didn’t even use!!! We will be back!!!"

"Great little cabin. Just far enough outside town to be quiet and relaxing. Place was exceptionally clean and organized. Two porches (upper wrap around and lower). Both porches had seating options. Cabin was small but well organized so that it was cozy and not crowded. Downstairs had a large bed, large couch with sleeper, plus a day bed off to the side room full bath downstairs as well as a pool table. Highly recommend this place. Thank you! "
