The place was close to the airport and transportation was easy to get. There was only 1 person checking in guests when I arrived but he handled it very well. I think there could be a better check in system. There is no food places close in walking distance to this hotel.

We’ve stayed at several Moxy Hotels in different countries. Always a great stay! Staff was extremely helpful with questions. Good food options and great atmosphere! Will continue to stay at Moxys!

Staff was very helpful and Moxys located to all tge restaurants shops amd easy access by Bus, Uber, Taxis and 7 mins to London Heathrow Airport so convenient. Things i would like to add is a small micro and a small fridge otherwise it was perfect. Great Breakfast and Bar too. 4/5

The hotel was just okay. The floors and rugs/carpet in the lobby/hallway were down right nasty. The sofas in the lobby are worn and nasty. The ottoman in my room looked like someone threw up on it. The lady at the front desk told me that we couldn't get a taxi in the area. So we had to resort to paying twice as much for a private car shuttle. The only good thing about our stay was the food was decent.

Staffing wasn't helpful, my room was cold had to use a hairdryer at night and within the morning to heat the room. at breakfast poor catering for vegans, no offer for vegan sausage. When asked staff they said their don't do that...

Check was quick and efficient staff very friendly. Try to avoid the first floor as very noise from above. There must have been a young family above as there were children running up and down the room all night. Please Moxy put them on first floor.

Great facilities at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean with low level lighting options for nighttime.The staff were helpful and offered food & drink to us even though we arrived late. We would definitely stay here again.

Tha main floor was not very clean. The room was clean except they had left the previous guest dirty bedding. I let them know right away at the front desk and no-one responded. Told them again as I checked out and everyone acted surprised.
