"Everything was very good except the in room phone did not work. As I am disabled this contradicted their emergency plan. Shower soap placed in difficult location when using shower seat."

"Loved this hotel! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly especially the reception. Rooms lovely, breakfast had a good choice and the bar area had a great atmosphere. It was always lively especially with having the gym and pool. Near the railway station and shops and lots of parking. The only negative was when we tried to ring the hotel in a bit of an emergency and no one answered for ages, we had to ring the separate health club to get help. But otherwise would definitely go back and recommend it."
