Great beds, but room could use updating. Lamp outlets near beds didn’t work so couldn’t charge phones. Bathroom lighting was poor and sink water pressure was very low. Felt like more of a motel room. On the upside, nice pool, lobby and sitting areas were cool, cafe had great breakfast and excellent service. Location was very good with nearby bars, restaurants and shopping.

It's about the location downtown, easy walking to everything. Hotel had some issues. Tub drained slow. Air didn't keep up with the heat - it was a very hot day. Paid parking next to hotel in parking garage was convenient. We feel it's a nice choice for the location.

Disappointed because you advertised that this hotel had an arcade. I selected this hotel for that reason so my grandson could enjoy the arcade but there was no arcade. Also, you said parking was $22.00 but the hotel charged me $28.55 for parking. I don't trust Hotels.com anymore

We took refuge here when the power went out at our LA home. Fantastic staff, excellent free wifi, GREAT A/C, excellent clean rooms. Everything we could ask for except USB charging plugs... but those are easy to get :)

Room okay…..outdated. Nothing worked. Lamps didn’t work, air-conditioner couldn’t cool the room, no ports to charge phone. Bed was okay, quiet side of the building. But not impressed. Went to a dodgers game but will find a different hotel next time.
