Beautiful hotel. Location is close to the Stampede grounds. You do need to mindful of the location as there were quite a few homeless people however none of them were a bother to us.

This hotel is nice and modern, location is meh, its trying to be a upscale neighborhood but the biggest homeless shelter in the city is a block away so its hard to avoid the inevitable. Hotel could use a proper restaurant/bar, was very unimpressed with the breakfast option, a diner in the lobby that had no fresh fruits or juices as advertised and had the most bland eggs ive ever had, and i believe thats their specialty.
