"Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. (The lobby bar was a particular highlight.) The location is also right in the heart of Downtown LA, and if your trip is based in the neighborhood, this is the place to stay. The next time I stay in DTLA, I’ll certainly be staying here!"

"I got was exactly what I paid for & for that, it was excellent. I’m a very simple, frugal person & as long as I have a bed to sleep in at night & a place to put my stuff in while I’m out & about doing my thing (I flew in from NJ) & having fun & my co-inhabitants were cordial & kept to themselves, then everything’s great & I’m happy to say, it was. The area’s not the most nicest most scenic nor safest looking but I felt reasonably safe enough walking about when I did. For the affordability & caveat, it was worth it & if I’m ever in the area again someday & in a position where I want to save as much as possible, I’d happily do it again. Thanks!"

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, as were other guests when asking them about the hotel. The room I stayed in was stylish and had many complementary items.
