This hotel is good for the price range and location. Staff are always professional. Free covered parking on-site with security is an excellent benefit. Hotel rooms are showing their age but decent size - don't expect anything fancy. Overall good budget stay, it's safe and has an elevator which is a plus.

Nice place to stay at in Koreatown
Located at a quiet street close to Olympic Blvd at Koreatown, so sleep is not disturbed by outside noises. Parking was abundant and safe, which was a great plus. The pillows are small and there's only two per bed, but we didn't ask if there are any extras available. One thing that was a bit misleading based on the replies left by the hotel's staff is that a microwave is available upon request--I left a message requesting a microwave in the room but apparently it's only available in the staff lounge, so you would have to bring your food down and have them heat it up for you, which we were not really interested in doing. 2 bottles of water were available per day, which we did appreciate.

Loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. The hotel felt very clean and maintained also a bonus was the free parking included! The staff were very helpful checking in was a breeze would stay again.

The room we paid for was supposed to have a queen bed. It had a full size bed. There were no standard pillows on the bed. The bathroom floor and shower floor did not look clean. There were stains on the floor throughout the hallway. We asked to be moved to a different room. The front desk staff refused.
