This hotel was perfect! The staff made the check in process very easy, the rooms were very clean, the area was very close to everything! 20 mins to Universal and 20-30 mins to get anywhere else as well! Very convenient! Plus FREE PARKING!

Overall services and staff were good, aligning with other comments. Bed springs are not supportive. Pillows are small and seem old and well-used. Cotton inside pillow has been compressed and became hard. We did not have good sleep during that our stay.
