Great staff, great service and good breakfast but.
Our stay was great except for the mattress. It seems like this establishment is up for a mattress refresh across the board. The mattress in room 246 was so worn with no padding at all that I got no sleep that night and had to request a room change. The hotel graciously honored my request and changed us to room 216. The mattress in room 216 was better but still not very comfortable.

This facility was wonderful! The rooms were up to date, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The dove products offered were amazing. I enjoyed myself and would stay here again.

Hotels in Downtown San Diego is not a good choice. To many homeless and mentally disabled people on the street, Not a safe place to walk around. It would have been nice to walk to dinner or to a play. You could not open bathroom door all the way because toilets was right behind the door. Walk in shower was great but bathroom was small.

The location is not convenient. The room is big but it’s smelly. The carpet seems dirty and smelly. First time I experienced in Holiday Inn room and lobby not appealing. The front Angel is nice and informed us about the restaurant around the area and parking. The front desk in the morning when we arrived and asked my reservation is not knowledgeable of the restaurant around the area and not giving information about the location of the hotel. Not hapoy with our stay the aircon is too loud when on and didn’t have a good sleep.

Our stay at the property was great easy check in. Friendly front desk staff. I was very excited that the property offered parking however I do have a larger size suv. This made it kind of difficult to maneuver the turns in your parking garage. Other than that the stay was great
