Different pools for individual likes, wether you want to party to great tunes, or relax in a quiet slow paced area, you can find it. Staff scrubbing and cleaning continually the grounds to make the resort sparkling for the patrons. Great food, with a lot of variety so everyone can find something they like. I will go again and have been there more than once in the past, never disappoints!!

Property is very large. Lots of people amd lots of walking!! If you want a chair by the pool you have to be up very early, every chair is reserved before 8 a.m. One morning we went out at 6:15 to watch the sunrise and half the chairs were already reserved. Entertainment by the pool during the day is pretty lame. Not engaging or fun like every other resort we've been to. Dessi, Adan, and Miguel in the Mezcal swim-up bar were great!! Be prepared to be swarmed if you try and even walk down the stairs to the beach. The people are set up to sell you things the second you get down there. They even lean up against the resort beach chairs and nothing was ever said. My son was asked if he wanted blow, weed, whatever you want multiple times. You go by the ledge of the pool to look over and they are standing on the bottom yelling for you. I thought security could do a better job on allowing their guests to relax and not be bothered all day.. Don't get me wrong its a beautiful resort & beach, amazing pools but not a whole lot of relaxation with that amount of people.

We like the fact it was quiet and relax. The property had a lot to offer to everyone; from being wild to just wanting to relax.. No entertainment! No DJ.. music was from 1980 slow jams. Food was good. We had to walk a mile to get to our room Villa 9C!!! Way too far from lobby and buffet. Pool parties are the best part of the whole resort. Staff are hard workers and super friendly. Cleaning all day long. Had better entertainment at the Riu In DR!

This has been my least favorite resort I’ve stayed at in Mexico. The pros are that it was affordable, room was relatively clean, the pools were nice and well kept up, it’s pretty close to town ($16 taxi each way), and it has a great view and easy beach access. Cons are that the it has either a party vibe or a lot of families with young kids, a mixture of ages and folks. The hallways were so loud we got woken by housekeeping every morning banging around mopping and moving furniture, you can hear everyone in the hallways at all times, the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were terrible, the AC worked well but is either off or blasting so loud intermittently to keep the temp what you set it at. the food is not good at any of the restaurants. All of the restaurants are buffet style and although they don’t require you to make reservations we often had to wait for a table for the buffet… when plenty of tables were available. The drinks are watered down, almost every soda machine had no syrup. None of the staff were very welcoming, while we didn’t have any issues I just didn’t find anyone working there to have any customer service attitude which was very different from almost every other Mexican vacation I’ve ever had. Almost none of the “villas” have elevators so you’re waking up two flights or more of stairs to and from your room every time you go there and that includes lugging your luggage up and down too because they do not offer help with that.

It was 6 people traveling and we had amazing time ! The room was clean, property was clean, staff was very helpful and kind! It is truly a party hotel if thats what u looking for. Everday it was something to do and activities to do. Will be visiting other locations!Also it is a lot of walking if someone is concern and they dont have elevator.

Really nice all inclusive. The food was great and all the staff were very friendly. Only bad things I found were the beds weren’t comfy and it only came with a sheet so we got extra blankets
