Called to see if we could get early check in. They said we could get in at 2:00. They did not let us check in until after 6:00 pm. Various different reasons were given for this. Everyone checked out late, the rooms were trashed, etc. they had a whole list of people that were waiting to check in.

The staff was very nice. Bathroom was dirty. Hairs stuck allover the back of door along with red make up marks. Outside of parking area was dirty.

I stayed here for 1 night to board a cruise the following morning. This hotel is very close to the port and airport the staff are friendly and the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was on time.

When we got in the room, the shades did not work, a light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling, some of our towels had holes in them. The bathtub also doesn’t hold water. The plumbing covers were also off on the slower. Maintenance did come and fix most of the issues.

Cindy at the front desk made everything so smooth and easy. The property is valet only, and I drive a 26 foot box truck, Cindy did a lil magic and I was safely parked! That's called above and beyond! Thank you Cindy! The property is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, and there's several food options nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend. Oh and the pancake machine is FRIGGIN AMAZING!
